Duck Egg Roll
Wonton Wrapper, braised duck with Julienned carrots, squash, zucchini and green onions. Served with a soy sweet chili sauce.
Sushi grade Tuna with scallions diced with avocado. Served with a Tuna poke sauce (soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and wasabi powder) and fried wonton triangles.
Lobster meat, Julienned carrots, zucchini and yellow squash, wrapped in a rice paper, and garnished with pineapples. Served with a soy sweet chili sauce.
