The sizzle of big city dry-aged steaks arrives in downtown Braselton. The 120-seat white tablecloth classic American steakhouse features a menu with heirloom vegetables and an array of tapas-style appetizers. A roomy lounge and bar area serves its own menu of sharable plates, along with a carefully curated beverage menu spotlighting craft beers, small- batch whiskeys, bourbons, classic cocktails and a wine list.

12 oz Prime Rib, 4oz Lobster Tail and 6oz Skewer of Shrimp.

Scallops Entree
6 Jumbo Sea Scallops pan seared with butter, white wine, shallots, and garlic sauce.
Served with Lobster risotto.

Duck Egg Roll
Wonton Wrapper, braised duck with Julian carrots, squash, zucchini and green onions. 
Served with a soy sweet chili sauce.

Tuna Poke
Sushi grade Tuna with scallions diced with avocado.

Served with a Tuna poke sauce (soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and wasabi powder).
Served with fried wonton triangles.

Lobster Rolls
Lobster meat, Julian of carrots, zucchini and yellow squash, wrapped in a rice paper, and garnished with pineapples.
Served with a soy sweet chili sauce.

South West Burger
Ground short rib, Chili aioli, arugula, tomato, pepper jack cheese, bacon, and fried pickle jalapeƱos.
Served on a Brioche bun.

Italian Shredded Beef Sandwiches
Shredded Prime Rib, Dijon aioli sauce, caramelized onions, and pickled veggies.
Served on toasted Ciabatta bread.

The Bar menu is not available in the fine Dining room or at the Chef's table.

Brunch
Brunch is served every Sunday from 11-3pm. Reservations are recommended; but walk-in's are always welcomed.
