The Celebration continues Saturday when we open at 11am for a Special Lunch. If you join us for dinner Tom Grimm and the Jazz Project will provide Live music for your enjoyment.

CCK will open for a Special Lunch this Saturday from 11-4pm, for our 1 Year Anniversary 3-Day Celebration. We’ll be serving our New Bar Menu Items, in addition to our popular Bar Menu items and Signature Salads.
New Bar Menu Items & Signature Salads
Duck Egg Roll
Wonton Wrapper, braised duck with Julienned carrots, squash, zucchini and green onions. Served with a soy sweet chili sauce.
Sushi grade Tuna with scallions diced with avocado. Served with a Tuna poke sauce (soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and wasabi powder) and fried wonton triangles.
Lobster meat, Julienned carrots, zucchini and yellow squash, wrapped in a rice paper, and garnished with pineapples. Served with a soy sweet chili sauce.
South West Burger
Ground short rib, Chili aioli, arugula, tomato, pepper jack cheese, bacon, and fried pickle jalapeños. Served on a Brioche bun.
Italian Shredded Beef Sandwiches
Shredded Prime Rib, Dijon aioli sauce, caramelized onions, and pickled veggies. Served on toasted Ciabatta bread.
